CPSF1 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: Immunohistochemistry of the tissue microarray, which included 22 cores of non-neoplastic squamous epithelium and 202 cores of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma representing a broad distribution of primary sites, demonstrated statistically significant overexpression of CPSF1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma tumor as compared to non-neoplastic squamous epithelial tissue (p = 0.016) (Fig 3C).
