In summary, the present study demonstrates the tumour‐suppressive role of miR‐605‐3p in HCC metastasis for the first time and indicates the importance of the interactions between SNHG16, miR‐605‐3p, TRAF6 and the NF‐κB pathway in the regulation of HCC cell malignancy. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is neoplasm.
