There has been a significant effort dedicated to the discovery of modulators of ADAM10 activity for multiple indications such as rhematoid arthritis (RA) (Moss et al., 2008a), cancer (Moss et al., 2008b; Crawford et al., 2009; Saha et al., 2019), immune and neurodegenerative disorders (Wetzel et al., 2017).
