CCR7 and infection: γδ T cells, which are found in the circulation and in tissue (such as epidermis, dermis, intestine, lung, uterus), express chemokine receptor allowing them to migrate to inflamed tissues (CXCR3, CCR5) or lymph nodes (CCR7, CD62L) (60) and are able to migrate to sites of infections (61) where they could meet pDCs.
