Our findings revealed that the function that miR-320b reversed the effects triggered by SNHG12 such as proliferation and metastasis was observed after co-transfection of miR-320b mimic and pLV-SNHG12 to CAPAN1 and PANC1 cells and, which further indicated that the EMT progression was influenced, suggesting SNHG12/miR-320b/EMT axis is possibly a potential target for pancreatic cancer (Figure 6B). This evidence concerns the gene SNHG12 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
