CXCL10 and neoplasm: ROC curve analysis indicated that the scanning parameters rCBV, rCBF, Ktrans, and Vp of the DSC-MRI and DCE-MRI can be used as imaging markers to predict the expression statuses of BMPER, CXCL10, and HOXA9 in tumor tissue, which can guide the antiangiogenic treatment of primary high-grade gliomas.
