The results showed that RUNX3 with an AUC of 0.77, sensitivity of 0.59, and specificity of 0.95, and RPRM with an AUC of 0.70, sensitivity of 0.47, and specificity of 0.93 could discriminate the early-stage GC from normal controls with the highest performances (p<0.001). The gene discussed is RUNX3; the disease is gastric cancer.
