Based on these data, it can be hypothesized that the SNPs found in the Pla2r1 and Ccdc28b mRNA sequences (these SNPs are present in the genotypes of several hypertensive rat strains but not found in normotensive rats) may be interesting in terms of the research into their effects on the development of hypertension, both in model animals and in humans. Here, PLA2R1 is linked to hypertensive disorder.
