In the multivariate Cox’s regression analysis (adjusted to tumor stage and molecular subtype) in the N1+2 group, patients with positive CCL2 staining carried a 3.44-fold increased risk for death and a 4.47-fold increased risk of relapse (p = 0.019 and p = 0.010; Table 5) compared to patients with CCL2-negative staining.
