HIF1A expression was significantly higher, and BRE expression was significantly lower in DNR-resistant samples (Figure 7B,C, p = 0.004 and p = 0.01, respectively), in line with previous reports where high BRE expression was observed to predict favorable outcome in MLL-rearranged AML patients [49,50].
