The high level of miR-93 was associated with poor patient survival, promoted lung cancer cell growth, and increased transforming growth factor (TGF)-beta-induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition via targeting disabled-2 (DAB2), zinc and ring finger 3 (ZNRF3), and neural precursor cell expressed developmentally down-regulated gene 4-like (NEDD4L) (9). Here, NEDD4L is linked to lung carcinoma.
