In NSCLC, miR-93 expression was significantly correlated with survival rate, and silencing miR-93 expression might inhibit cell proliferation, migration, and invasion of lung cancer cells by targeting gene of phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) and retinoblastoma 1 (RB1) (14). The gene discussed is RB1; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
