AFP and neoplasm: Using the approach, we found that the glycosylation occupancies on 99.3% of glycopeptides varied within 2-fold between low and high AFP groups of paracancerous samples, but only 90.1 and 82.4% of glycopeptides were stabilized within 2-fold in low and high AFP tumor samples when compared with their corresponding paracancerous samples, respectively (Figure 3C).
