In the L-4F group, the percentages of CD3+CD8+ T cells (27% vs 33.7%, respectively, P < 0.05) significantly increased in the spleen (Figures 3C, D), and the percentages of CD3+CD4+ T cells (20.4% vs 33.34%, respectively, P < 0.05) and CD3+CD8+ T cells (11.91% vs 17.41%, respectively, P < 0.05) all significantly increased in the tumor-infiltrating cell populations (Figures 3G, H).
