The extended cohort was also used to correlate hY4 presence and disease aggressiveness, revealing that the full length hY4 was more abundant in exosomes of ALCL patients with advanced disease stages (stage 3–4 vs. stage 1–2); among these patients, those relapsing had a higher amount of this RNA compared to those with stable, complete remission.
