TNF and Herpesviridae infectious disease: Gemcitabine vs. Control showed no enrichment in cluster 1, however, cluster 0 had enriched GOs and KEGG pathways, which indicates differences in immune cell response/activation through the GOs’ “response to molecule of bacterial origin”, “response to bacterium”, “regulation of symbiosis, encompassing mutualism through parasitism”, and “regulation of myeloid cell differentiation”, and the KEGG pathways “kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection”, “salmonella infection”, “IL-17 signaling pathway”, “TNF signaling pathway”, and “apoptosis”.
