Univariate and multivariate Cox analyses showed that the expression of INPP5K (hazard ratio = 2.03, 95% confidence interval: 1.45-2.83, P ≤ 0.001), residual tumor (hazard ratio = 1.3, 95% confidence interval: 1.02-1.66, P = 0.035), and T classification (hazard ratio = 1.66, 95% confidence interval: 1.27-2.15, P ≤ 0.001; Table 4) were independent risk factors for RFS in liver cancer patients. Here, INPP5K is linked to liver cancer.
