LYVE1 and persistent truncus arteriosus: As shown in Figure 4, the protein expression levels of VEGF-C, VEGFR3, and LYVE-1 in the heart tissues of mice began to increase in the first week after TAC surgery, suggesting an increase in lymphangiogenesis, and reached a higher level by the fourth week after surgery; however, these levels were decreased by the administration with LCZ696 for 1 and 4 weeks.
