MKI67 and breast carcinoma: Furthermore, to investigate a possible role of miR-622 in the aggressive behaviour of breast cancer pathogenesis, we looked for the correlation between miR-622 plasma levels and clinicopathological features (summarised in Supplementary Table 1) of the patients analysed and we found that miR-622 expression inversely correlated with advanced tumour grade (G3) and high Ki67 level (30%) (Fig. 1c, d).
