Here, we included data on the TMPRSS2:ERG fusion (occurring in about 50% of prostate cancers), the most common recurrent chromosomal deletions (3p, 5q, 6q, 8p, 10q/PTEN, 12p, 12q, 13q, 16q, 17p, 18q), and the Ki67LI as well as AR protein expression levels. This evidence concerns the gene PTEN and prostate cancer.
