Based on the NASH mouse model, the NASH mice treated with miR-142-5p had the lower serum level of ALT and AST compared with NC group; the NASH mice treated with miR-142-5p and colivelin or miR-142-5p and AAV/TSLP performed the higher level of AST and ALT compared with NASH mice treated with miR-142-5p (Figure 5A, 5B). This evidence concerns the gene TSLP and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.
