Strikingly, ETS1 is significantly down-regulated in all the gynecologic cancers, including BRCA, cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, and uterine carcinosarcoma, out of the 33 cancers (Supplementary Figure S7).
