MAD2L1 has been identified as a potential therapeutic target gene in NSCLC (Zhou et al., 2015), and could be a promising prognostic biomarker for LUAD (MacDermed et al., 2010) and small cell lung cancer (Liao et al., 2019), however, there was no similar results in LUSC. Here, MAD2L1 is linked to small cell lung carcinoma.
