CEACAM5 and polyp of large intestine: Those with colorectal polyps also had significantly higher serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT), triglycerides, uric acid, and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), as well as higher total and LDL cholesterol and fasting blood glucose, than those without colorectal polyps.
