Post hoc analysis showed that the maternal HFD/obesity (H group) had higher concentration of IL-1β than the maternal rat chow (C group) (p < 0.05); however, there was no significant difference between the H and maternal HFD/obesity + maternal resveratrol (HR groups) (p > 0.05) (Figure 1B). Here, IL1B is linked to obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
