Among the indicated cancers, high GPR50 expression exhibited a significant (p = 0.0118), poor prognostic role in HCC, whereas a nonsignificant prognostic role was found for other cancers, including breast, cervical, esophagus, and lung cancers (Figure 1C), suggesting a differential prognostic role of GPR50 in various cancers. This evidence concerns the gene GPR50 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
