In KEGG enrichment analysis, we found that prion diseases, graft-versus-host disease, type I diabetes mellitus, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), pertussis, leishmaniasis, Salmonella infection, rheumatoid arthritis, transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signaling pathway, hematopoietic cell lineage, and inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels were the most over-represented pathways (Figure 7D). The gene discussed is TGFB1; the disease is leishmaniasis.
