Based on the data shown in Figures 2 and 3 and on the study by Voller et al, demonstrating that Ago1 is the predominant Ago protein in the heart tissue,7 we tested the hypothesis that in HF patient samples (n = 8), miRNA expression will be significantly different in Ago1 RIP compared to those in healthy age and sex matching individuals (n = 10). Here, AGO1 is linked to hydrops fetalis.
