Among those we found TNFSF13: FAS and CCL5: CCR5, two pairs of ligands/receptors that are known to play a role in AML and other cancers (Aldinucci and Colombatti, 2014; Brenner et al., 2016; Chapellier et al., 2019; Gmeiner et al., 2015; Mollica Poeta et al., 2019) (Fig. 2C, Supplementary Fig. S2 and Table S3). This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF13 and acute myeloid leukemia.
