IL2 and type 1 diabetes mellitus: In contrast, to characterise dose-response for Tregs of aldesleukin and to find doses that increase Tregs within the physiological range for T1D therapy, our group took a statistical and systematic approach, based on the analysis of the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of a range of single doses of subcutaneous aldesleukin in the “Adaptive study of IL-2 dose on regulatory T cells in type 1 diabetes” (DILT1D).
