Angiotensin receptor blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, diuretics, calcium channel blockers, beta-blockers, and other antihypertensive agents are useful for the management of hypertension in RAS. It is important to recognize the clinical presentation of RAS including the unusual patterns to ensure timely and directed imaging for appropriate diagnosis and management with control of symptoms and reduction of associated risks.
