It was suggested that TNFRSF11B may promote the activity of β-catenin activity by upregulating GSK-3β phosphorylation at Ser9.The co-immunoprecipitation analysis of MGC-803 and SGC-7901 GC cell lines showed mutual interaction between TNFRSF11B and GSK-3β, which suggested that TNFRSF11B may regulate GSK-3β phosphorylation through protein interaction (Fig. 6 G). Here, TNFRSF11B is linked to gastric cancer.
