MS4A1 and ovarian cancer: This is largely due to the widely reported obscure and inconclusive prognostic profiles of CD20+B-cell infiltrations across a variety of human cancers (e.g., cancers of the head and neck, lung, colon, ovary, pancreas, skin, etc.7,10–19), the recent discovery of CD20-negative TIL-Bs (in colorectal, breast, and ovarian cancers)14,20,21, and recently the complex regulations of CD20 at transcriptional, posttranslational as well as methylation levels22,23.
