To further evaluate the role of adenosine A2AR in cognitive impairment in different tissue sources, we used irradiation and bone marrow transplantation to establish a selective inactivated or reconstruction model of BMDC A2ARs. The results of the MWM test suggested that after selective deletion of BMDC A2ARs, the escape latency was prolonged, the time in the target quadrant was shortened, the number of passages through the platform location was reduced, and the trend was consistent with the trend of A2AR whole gene knockout.
