We applied UALCAN database38 to analyze the expression of SETDB1 in different genders and ages of colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) and rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), and the result showed that SETDB1 was upregulated in both colon and rectal cancer regardless of genders and ages (Fig. 1a, b). This evidence concerns the gene SETDB1 and colon adenocarcinoma.
