RNAsec data from the kmplot database [43] show that low NMNAT1 expression correlates with better survival of patients with sarcomas, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, bladder carcinoma, breast cancer, esophageal adenocarcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (Figure S3). This evidence concerns the gene NMNAT1 and breast carcinoma.
