RNAsec data from the kmplot database [43] show that low NMNAT1 expression correlates with better survival of patients with sarcomas, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, bladder carcinoma, breast cancer, esophageal adenocarcinoma, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (Figure S3). The gene discussed is NMNAT1; the disease is pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
