To confirm that c‐Myc was related to thiopurine drug resistance, we first used three different concentrations of a small molecular c‐Myc inhibitor, 10058‐F4, to decrease the level of c‐Myc in BL by inhibiting the c‐Myc/Max heterodimerization (Figure 2A).11 The gene discussed is MYC; the disease is Burkitt lymphoma.
