TUG1 and colorectal carcinoma: Therefore, with the goal of providing a novel theoretical foundation for CRC diagnosis and treatment in molecular biology based on lncRNA targeted therapy, we detected the expression of lncRNA in CRC to explore the role of lncRNA TUG1 in promoting CRC via the miR-138-5p/zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 2 (ZEB2) axis, so as to find reliable tumor markers and potential drug targets for clinical diagnosis and prognosis of CRC.
