Calvier et al. (2017) suggested that the expression of PFKP was increased in human PAH cells, which was in accordance with our finding. And they underscored that peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) could bind to PFKP to regulate the proliferation and metabolism of PH cells. Interestingly, LDHA, PFKP, and VEGFA all had a close correlation with miR-100HG and TSPEAR-AS2 in our analysis. The gene discussed is VEGFA; the disease is pulmonary arterial hypertension.
