All of the top 3 targets were elements of Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Colorectal cancer, Apoptosis, Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis and pathways in cancer, and 2 out of the top 3 targets were elements of p53 signaling pathway, Toxoplasmosis, Sphingolipid, and Neurotrophin signaling pathway, which indicates that the 10 pathways mentioned above might be responsible for the anticancer effect of Litchi on chemotherapy and radiotherapy sensitization (Figure 4D).
