The most commonly used method for identifying ED‐B in (tumour) tissue sections remains immunohistochemistry, which can be performed on paraffin‐embedded or frozen tumour sections (Danielli et al., 2015; Kraft et al., 2016; Rekers et al., 2018, 2015 Sauer et al., 2009; Schliemann et al., 2009a, 2009b,2009a, 2009b). This evidence concerns the gene FN1 and neoplasm.
