Nectin3 membrane expression did not correlate with anxiety-like behaviors, or performance in the social approach and preference tests (Fig. S7), but significantly correlated with the discrimination index in the social memory test (Fig. 3C) and with the Y-maze spontaneous alternation ratio (Fig. 3D), which indicates a possible association between nectin3 expression and stress-induced social and cognitive deficits.
