TNF and immune system disorder: Psoriasis inflammation is mostly driven by innate and acquired immunity disorders.[2] By promoting angiogenesis and the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-а), interleukin 23 (IL-23), and interleukin IL-17(IL-17) play important roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.[3,4] Because of its complex pathogenesis, at present, psoriasis cannot be cured completely.
