Our results show that Imaging-AMARETTO captures these hallmarks of glioma, for example, key drivers of tumor-associated microglia and macrophage mechanisms59 mediated by STAT3, AHR, and CCR2, and neurodevelopmental and stemness mechanisms60 that involve OLIG2. Our findings recapitulate recent discoveries59,60 and provide interpretation of the molecular mechanisms in light of imaging biomarkers of clinical outcomes. The gene discussed is CCR2; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
