The results showed that the mRNA levels of USP10 were significantly overexpressed (p < 0.01) in three histological subtypes of NSCLC—lung adenocarcinoma, squamous cell lung carcinoma, and large cell lung carcinoma (Fig. 8a)—and ovarian cancer (Fig. 8b) when compared with normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene USP10 and lung large cell carcinoma.
