Despite the full investigation of miR-181a-5p-associated mechanism in CRC, we hypothesize that the miR-181a-5p, targeted by CCAT1, might regulate the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC through the p53 signaling pathway, which warrants further exploration of the relationship between miR-181a-5p level and pathological characteristics. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and colorectal carcinoma.
