RAB27B and breast cancer: Even though the western blot analyses of several representative EMT markers showed no common alterations in the RCC cells, the protein expression levels of Vimentin and N-cadherin were faintly decreased in 786-O or SU-R-A498 cells after si-RAB27B transfection (S6 Fig), suggesting that RAB27B might partially contributed to the EMT process in RCC as was previously reported in breast cancer [58].
