Here, we found that the level of IFNG was significantly upregulated in the PBMCs from the RA patients (Figure 2(a)), and a notable positive correlation between the transcript level of IFNG-AS1 and the elevated level of IFNG (r = 0.5467, p = 0.0015) was shown in the RA patients (Figure 2(b)). Here, IFNG is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
