The upregulation of miR-144-3p in both hematopoiesis and dry inhibits cell proliferation by negative regulation of the expression of Tie2 in pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (PMVECs), and the overexpression of miR-144-3p can be used in the treatment of hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS) [10]. The gene discussed is TEK; the disease is Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome.
