To investigate whether ING5 is involved in miR-200b/200a/429-induced ovarian tumorigenesis, we overexpressed ING5 in miR-200b/200a/429-stably overexpressing T80 cells (Figure 4(a)) and then performed cell proliferation, soft agar, and in vivo tumor formation assays. This evidence concerns the gene ING5 and neoplasm.
