CXCR5 and neoplasm: IHC analysis of the samples from the 664 patients in the entire cohort showed a dominant cluster of CD8T (T stands for tumoural), CD27T, CD4T, CD45ROT, CD27P (P stands for peritumoural), CD8P, CD4P, CXCR5T, CXCR5P, CD68P, CD45ROP, and CD45RAP, and the expression of CD45RA, CD45RO, and CXCR5 in tumour parenchyma were less than in peritumoural tissue (Fig. 1a, b).
